Teaming up on the grandest of stages, Katy Perry joined forces with Kanye West on Thursday night's (April 21) episode of "American Idol".
The "Firework" songstress and her hip-hop partner's pre-taped duet kicked off with Kanye appearing via music video - with the "All Of the Lights" rapper surprisingly joining Katy onstage moments later.
With Miss Perry clad in a sexy white bodysuit, the 26-year-old also donned an interesting futuristic crown while delving into her new single "E.T.".
The collaborative "Idol" effort offered up was the second go-round for both Katy and Kanye on the hit FOX show - as Perry performed "Waking Up in Vegas" while West took the stage to treat the audience to a version of "Heartless" during season nine of the long-running competitive musical series.
